The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The terrazzo floor is great for keeping the room clean. I would suggest a rug on the floor, as it was very cool for bare feet. Bigger signage for locating the hotel would be helpful, as well. We had to call the front desk to find the entry.

Decided to splurge and not go with the company recommended hotel rooms when I attended a convention in Nashville and I’m so glad I did. This lived up to all the reviews. Serene tranquil luxury yet in the middle of everything. Staff was amazing and I had the best deep tissue massage of my life!

The Harpeth is a lovely property and the only hotel in the historic downtown of Franklin. The 1799 restaurant was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind and worked to overcome every issue.The hotel itself is quite nice; the balcony rooms are best.
